PANEL ONE: EDDIE is excited to hear RICHIE’s tale. KELLY moves to the bedroom’s light switch.
EDDIE:
So c’mon, tell us what it’s like!
KELLY:
Or better yet…
PANEL TWO: KELLY turns off the bedroom light.
KELLY:
…show us.
SFX:
CLICK
PANEL THREE: RICHIE begins to glow. Soft yellow light at first.
EDDIE:
Wow.
KELLY:
Second that.
PANEL FOUR: RICHIE closes his eyes, really getting into it, raises his arms, and fills the room with colored, beautiful light. As if a butterfly made of light were filling the room; the light is not bright and garish, it is gentle and beautiful.
EDDIE:
Oh jeez. Oh wow.
KELLY:
It’s…it’s beautiful.
PANEL FIVE: OUTSIDE RICHIE’S HOUSE. We are seeing the light show through RICHIE’S bedroom window from the vantage point of a car parked outside. It is AGENT CASPER’s car. He is a shadow silhouette in the driver’s seat.
CASPER:
Hm.
PANEL SIX: AGENT CASPER lights a cigarette, which illuminates his face so we can recognize him.
CASPER:
Looks like we’ve got a problem.
